GCD occupies an interesting position in the diecast market, particularly for collectors looking for vehicles outside the traditional JDM and motorsport focus. Its range includes modern performance cars, SUVs, trucks and other enthusiast-oriented subjects. It can be a useful brand for filling gaps in a collection with contemporary or less frequently produced vehicles. The brand has also developed a reputation for relatively ambitious subjects and detailed executions on selected releases.
