Refund policy

Our refund / return policy applies to a maximum 15 days period after the item was received.

1. Change of mind

We do not accept returns and refunds due to 'change of mind' circumstances.

2. Missing, Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Before opening the parcel, customers are strongly encouraged to:

  • Inspect the external packaging carefully
  • Take clear photos of the parcel condition
  • Record a full unboxing video showing the unopened package and contents

If no unboxing video or supporting evidence is provided after opening the parcel, we may be unable to assess responsibility for missing or damaged items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at diecastpal@gmail.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and unboxing video (strongly recommended). We will assist with the returning process once we’ve received your return, we will provide a full refund for the item and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within x business days.

When returning the product to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We may not be able to process your refund until the returned item has been delivered.

NOTE: in the following circumstances the items are NOT considered ‘defective or damaged’ and are not eligible for return or refund:

- Minor manufacturer defects including small scratches, paint chips, minor dents, tampo or decal imperfections.

- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse by the customer.

- Damage caused by removing the model from its base or display packaging.

- Items returned without original packaging or with broken/removed seals

- Any item that has been modified, customised, or altered by the customer

3. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), limited-edition products, and discounted products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
