Pre-order Policy

Pre-order items will be listed on our website before they arrive in stock. Estimated arrival times may range from approximately 45 days to 18 months depending on the manufacturer and production schedule. Each product listing will include an estimated arrival time (ETA).

Please note that all ETAs are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturer production schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances outside of our control. ETAs will be updated whenever new information is provided by the manufacturer.

Most pre-orders require a deposit to secure the item, with the remaining balance payable once the item arrives in stock. Some items may require full payment upfront. Please refer to the individual product listing for payment details.

1. Deposit

Standard pre-order deposits are generally fixed at AUD $20 per item. However, deposits may vary for limited edition, high-value, or special release items. Please refer to the specific product page for deposit requirements.

2. Are Deposit Refundable?

Deposits are generally non-refundable.

When we place orders with manufacturers, quantities are determined based on customer pre-orders, and your deposit is used to secure stock with the manufacturer. For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded if you change your mind or cancel your order.

3. Unpaid Final Invoice

Once your pre-order item arrives in stock, an invoice for the remaining balance will be emailed to you.

Customers must pay the remaining balance within 21 calendar days of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact email address is correct and up to date.

4. Manufacturer Cancellation

In rare cases, a manufacturer may cancel production of a pre-order item. This may occur due to low demand or other manufacturing reasons.

If a pre-order is officially cancelled by the manufacturer, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.

5. Price Changes

In extremely rare situations, the final price of a pre-order item may change before release due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

·         Manufacturer price adjustments

·         Currency exchange fluctuations

·         Increased freight or import costs

If this occurs, customers may either:

·         Proceed with the order at the updated price, or

·         Cancel the order and receive a full refund of their deposit

Any price adjustments are determined by the manufacturer or external costs and are not initiated by us.

6. Delayed Pre-Orders

Manufacturing and shipping delays are common within the collectibles industry. We do not have control over production timelines or release schedules.

·         If an item is delayed for less than 1 year beyond the listed ETA, deposits remain non-refundable.

·         If an item is delayed for more than 1 year beyond the listed ETA, customers may request a full refund of their deposit.

7. Pre-Order Images & Product Changes

Unless otherwise specified in the listing, all pre-order images are for reference only. Pre-order items have not been produced when they are announced, therefore in most cases it is not possible to show an image of the actual item to be received. The images shown are either computer generated, prototype samples or sample images.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the item at any time from announcement until release. Orders are fulfilled based on the official item number/product code supplied by the manufacturer, not based on prototype or promotional images. Changes made by the manufacturer do not qualify for refunds or deposit returns.

8. Shipping Fees for Pre-Orders

Shipping costs for pre-order items are calculated at the time the remaining balance is paid during checkout.

9. Postal Address Change

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address entered by the customer when paying the final balance. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate before completing payment.
